The expansion to other municipalities, will be done through the acquisition and development of resorts and residences, thus creating synergies between Holiday Rentals with the other main SBUs.
In order to achieve our mission, the group will aim for the DIVERSIFICATION of our holiday rental portfolio and locations.
The CC Group will boost its real estate revenues through the sales of properties in the iconic Mabor building, (Atrium Arade), its two new resorts in Carvoeiro (Vale de Milho Village and Quinta do Algarvio) and Atrium Lagoa.
At the same time, we will put all our efforts to keep on improving our efficiency levels, adding more operating capabilities, offering a more comprehensive experience to our clients namely through the acquisition and management of facilities featuring sports, event management and food & beverage.
Asset management includes all services provided to the owners of the villas and apartments we operate. This is the group’s second source of revenue which has been growing hand in hand with the business of Holiday Rentals.
